All orders are processed within 3 to 6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

All items are subject to availability based on inventory. If we cannot fulfill your order we will contact you. Shipments may also be delayed due to weather conditions.

We offer shipping to the United States and Canada. For International shipping to additional countries, please visit our Etsy Store.

United States

• All orders receive FREE Standard Shipping (est. delivery in 3-8 business days).
• $8 - Flat rate upgrade to Priority Shipping (est. delivery in 1-3 business days).

Canada

• $10 USD flat rate shipping via USPS First Class International (est. delivery in 3-10 business days).

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@lumenite.co with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

Thank you for purchasing our products. All sales are final. Items may only be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt if damaged during transit or not as described.

If you would like to cancel your order, you may receive a full refund provided your order has not been produced and/or shipped. Order cancellations are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to accommodate for all requests if possible.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@lumenite.co with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
